Personal responsibility doesn't seem to be a strong trait with this generation. Its always someone else's fault.

A citizen walked up to a squad car in SA
and noticed an officer asleep.
( N.E. side of town )
Camera phone Pics were taken

At first..the first thing that popped into my head
was a hispanic cop.
and then....shits happening ...he must be wore out
I hope they don't make too too much of this.
Then I looked closely
at the pic.
..........." Wha't? " It was an Anglo cop.
I started to get outraged
....... I said to my myself "Wait a minute!"... hmmmmmmmmm
Damn.......... All of us are full of
prejudices and discrimination.
