Okay, so I have

Verite: 3
Col: 3
Boomer: 1
Soc7: 2

So at least one more person and we can meet the required minimum. Since I'm on vacation however I'll need someone else to do the transaction, and to either spot me 30mil(I have 90mil in the bank, but I can't access it obviously) or if I really trust you, give you my login info so that you can access my account.

Shares are usually a way to set up voting rights in a corp, so that one person can't control everything(ex: FREE had to vote on making Sweaty the new CEO). ISS is unique in that they're treating this like a real market with regards to their shares, so other than buying Borealis or Marginis shares, you can't really buy shares with anyone else.
 
Go ahead and sign me up for 4 then so we can hit the 10... Who is going to purchase them? How will they be distributed? What's the plan?

Send the money to Verite, I have enough of a working PC that I can log on and buy the shares. I'll then hand them out to you guys once I get them.
 
I would buy a share if I could haul my minerals the hell out of zero sec. Also I'm going on vacation myself til next Monday. Shit fucking BALLS.

Don't these have to be purchased in blocks of 10? Not just 10 or more...

Which means that we now need 5 more shares bought if everyone comes through with money

We're lucky we got in when we did, they've already sold 2476 shares(including ours), and there's still another 18 hours or so before the first round of private investment is even over.
 
so, now that we have the shares.... now what? Sit back and collect? Is there a journal for share related stuff? I haven't received any newsletters :lol: or anything

Yep, the first dividend will be some time this month when they sell the remaining auctions. It'll show up in your journal and I think you get an auto-mail too.
