GOP senator blocks bill aimed at preventing Russia election meddling | TheHill

$100 if anyone can come up with a legitimate response on why this isn’t evidence the GOP is corrupt and knows they can’t win the election fair and square.

This may come as a shock to you, but we 3 branches of government, not 1. Bills like this are designed to take power away from the executive branch and add power to the legislative branch. A decision to sanction a country is not up to the House or Senate and shouldn't be.

Kind of like setting a precedent where asking the court's to rule on a disagreement between the house and executive branch is "obstructing justice".

The IG reports states that it found many problems with the way the FBI conducted itself ... but overall did nothing wrong....

... despite some of those problems being, not vetting sources of information, not disclosing information to the FISA court about those sources of information, misrepresenting information to the FISA court or misleading the court and outright ignoring exculpatory information that would exonerate Trump of wrong doing.

But the FBI did nothing wrong in lying to the FISA court to get permission to spy on a US Citizen and Presidential Candidate on behalf of his political rival.

Again, I know you guys are Trump supporters but comprehension shouldn’t be this hard. Did you guys go through the education system at all?
